Completed Projects
Here are a few pics of everything I DIY'ed for our wedding. Enjoy!
07/2012 - Our "Guestbook" Tree
I got the design online, then had it printed on canvas. I originally wanted to do the thumbprint tree, but I don't think all of our guests will want to stick their fingers on an inkpad, so we decided to just do signatures. We have a few markers in different shades of green, and guests will sign on/around the branches. Then we can hang it on our wall after the wedding.
07/2012 - My Brooch Bouquet - finally done!
This was my favorite but most time consuming project. I'm finally done! Here's a sneak peek :)
07/2012 - Card Box
Finally made the letters for our Card Box.
05/2012 - Flower Girl & Ring Bearer Accessories
I finished Mia's Hair wreath (below) and her flower girl wand. She going to look so cute!!
I also finished the boys' Ring Bearer Badges :)

05/2012 - Invitations!
03/2012 - Mia's hair wreath
These are paper flowers! I bought them from someone on Etsy for $6.00 (for 48 mini roses). Since they are made from paper I figured that they would be really delicate so I was just going to use them as decoration on maybe the cake table or something. But when I got them the quality was great, and they were really durable, so I made Mia's hair wreath with them. Added the ribbon, and Viola!
02/2012 - Photo Share Cards
Front Side
I really wanted to have all of the pictures our guests took in one place (rather than everyone sending me links to their own online albums, or emailing them to me) so I created some photo share cards asking guests to upload their pictures onto one site. I set up a photo share site at Shutterfly.com along with a user ID and password for people who don't want to have to create an account with Shutterfly. The cards will go at each place setting (or attached to the favors) as well as in the thank you cards when we send them out (as a reminder). I designed them and ordered them as business cards from Vistaprint.
12/2011 - Our Save the Dates are In :)
Coming soon to a mailbox near you! :P I didn't want to just mail them out loose in an envelope, so I got some ivory note cards, a gold ink pad and a "Save This Date" stamp. Then I cut slots to hold the magnets in place.
Of course I don't know how to leave well enough alone, so I wrote inside the card (so people will know it's a magnet) and stamped to outside of the envelopes to make it look pretty. lol.
09/2011 - Wine Glass Charms
This wasn't originally on my list, but I thought they were really cute so I decided to make them.
09/2011 - Our Centerpieces
Okay, this isn't technically a DIY (as in I didn't make the lanterns myself. lol) but I love love love our centerpieces so I'm including them here. We just got the first set of them in (we're buying them wholesale online). Here they are!
09/2011 - My Ring Dishes!
Woot woot! My first completed wedding thing :) I'm using ring "dishes" instead of the traditional ring pillow. I made two (one for each of the rings) because our two boys will be ring bearers. We'll use them near the sinks to put rings in when washing dishes or showering. For the wedding, they will both have ribbons to tie the rings to. The ribbon in the pictures is just a random one I found in my house (okay, so that means this project is not technically "completed". lol).
